There’s a lot to consider when getting ready for any holiday, but we’re here to make it easy for you. These checklists will help you make sure you know what to do before, during and after your adventure.

Before Your Trip
Useful info on what to take or pack for your trip
- Bedding is not supplied, please remember your pillows, bottom sheet/s and duvets/sleeping bags for each bed.
- We recommend taking your own bottled water to drink.
- It’s a good idea to take toilet paper.
- A torch for night-time trips to the bathroom.
- We provide a basic first aid kit. Also a good idea to take some supplies with you.
- Clothes Storage – Under the back seat in the right hand side cupboard there are 2 clothes storage cases with sections, these are useful for storing your clothes and save the need to take suitcases which take up precious room. There is also a wardrobe in the back of the campervan, coat hangers are not provided.
- Umbrellas for wet weather would be a good idea if travelling in the UK.
- Bring your own towels and toiletries.
- We provide bin bags.
- We provide cleaning products – antibacterial spray for wiping down surfaces, microfibre cloth, kitchen roll and washing up liquid.
- If you plan to wash clothes while you are away, we provide a washing line, you will need to take your detergent.
- Decide on the logistics of collecting the campervan – will you be dropped off by someone with all of your holiday stuff to put into the campervan? or will you collect the campervan from us and then fill up with your holiday stuff at home?
- THREE WEEKS BEFORE COLLECTING THE CAMPERVAN you will need to visit the UK Government website and obtain a code to share your driving license – https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence

- We will show you the workings of the campervan and answer any questions you may have.
- The fuel tank will be provided full and needs to be returned full.

During Your Trip
- Try your best to park on as level ground as possible. You don’t want to feel like you are sleeping at an angle.
- If you have booked electric hook up, plug the campervan into electricity – Retrieve the electric lead from the campervan and connect to campervan socket on the outside of the campervan (the socket is located on the right hand side of the campervan near the rear wheel) and connect the other end of the lead to site electric box.
- If you DO NOT have electric hook up – the campervan will run on the leisure battery for approx. 2 days to keep the fridge cool and operate lights etc. Just press the battery button on the control panel to see how much power you have. The campervan will charge the leisure battery when the engine is running. If the leisure battery is getting low, start up the campervan and leave running for 15 minutes to charge the battery.
- Place black waste water container under the campervan to collect the water from the sink – Unscrew the red cap and slide under the campervan on right hand side, in between the wheels. You will see a hose hanging down, put the hose into the container. Place the red cap from the container on top of the steering wheel (this is so that you do not forget to remove the waste water container before driving off 😊). Keep a check on this throughout your stay and if full empty in the correct waste water area and put back in place.
- Raise pop-top roof – Loosen straps each side and slowly push the roof upwards.
- Turn on the power inside the campervan – there is a control panel located to the right on the side. Press the battery button to turn on electric, press the lights button for lights and the tap button to turn on power to the tap pump.
- Passenger Swivel chair (Optional) – the front passenger double seat can be turned around to provide additional seating in the campervan – unscrew the 4 x bolts on the floor, pull them up one at a time, you will see a little pin through the bolt, pull the bolt up and turn 90 degrees. With the passenger door open slowly turn the seat clockwise 180 degrees and line up the bolt holes and screw back in place. Full instruction booklet is located in the campervan.
- Water Supply to sink – This will be supplied empty to stop any leakages during travel. When you arrive at your destination, open cupboard below the sink. You will see a large white water container on the right hand side and there is the pump gauge. Unscrew the cap of the container and fill up the water container with clean water. Carefully guide the pump gauge into the container of water and slide the container back into the cupboard. The sink tap will only work once the electric switch with the tap is turned on and the gauge is fitted into the water correctly. Campsite water does not always taste nice. We recommend using this water for washing, cleaning and washing up etc. For drinking water we recommend taking bottled water.
- Fitting the blackout windscreen blind – Remove the blind from its travel bag under the passenger seat, fix it with the suction cups to the inside of the windscreen and the 2 separate ones for inside the front doors.
- Winding out the side awning over the sliding door – The handle for the awning is in the rear of the campervan under the seat, use this to unscrew the awning. Unscrew about 30cm and slide out the 2 support legs, unwind the awning slowly moving the support legs as you go. There are pegs to peg the legs to the ground located in the passenger door pocket.
- To open out and close up the bed – On the right hand side of the bottom part of the seat (section 1) pull the leaver, holding the leaver, pull the seat towards you from the back of the bottom seat until it has rotated 180 degrees towards you and is lying flat. You will see a metal bar in the gap, lift the bar and pull the top part of the seat (section 2) towards you and lower it to flat position. From the rear of the campervan pull the leaver on the left hand side of the top of the seat section (section 3) and lower the section down until flat.
To put the bed back to a seat – Lift the middle of the bed to an upright position. Pull the leaver on the right hand side and lift and push base of seat away from you until in the seat position. From the rear of the campervan pull leaver to put back up, or can be left down. - Close all blackout curtains – when ready to sleep ensure all of the thermal blackout curtains are closed.
- Reading lights above the bed – There are 2 reading lights located above your head. These are turned on and off by touch.
- The pop-top bed – This is only suitable for a maximum of 2 children or 1 adult up to a maximum of 100kg/16 stones – it has a memory foam mattress included, just add your bedding. To access you will need to be able to climb up into the space.
- Use the bin bags provided and dispose of rubbish appropriately.

After Your Trip
- Open all curtains and attach back in place with the tie backs.
- Fold bed back up to seat – Lift the middle of the bed to an upright position. Pull the leaver on the right hand side and lift and push base of seat away from you until in the seat position. From the rear of the campervan pull leaver to put back up, or can be left down.
- Fold away the awning – Unpeg the support legs, stow the pegs back in the passenger seat side pocket. Wind in the awning slowly moving the support legs towards the campervan. When it is within 30cm of the campervan, slide the support legs up and back in place. Fully close the awning. Place the handle back on the clips in the rear of the campervan..
- Rotate the swivel chair back – as before, but turn anti-clockwise.
- Stow the windscreen blinds back in the bag – place the bag back under the passenger seat.
- Water supply – carefully slide the water container out until you can reach the water pump. Remove the water pump from the container, empty the water, place the cap back on the container and slide back into the cupboard.
- Lower pop–top roof – Slowly pull down each side strap a little at a time, tightening as you go until all the way down. Ensure from outside it is tucked in all the way round and there are no little bits pinched in the seal. Once all the way down pull straps tight.
- Turn off power to the campervan– Turn all of the control panel buttons to off.
- Remove and empty the waste water container from under the campervan – carefully remove the waste pipe from the container. Empty the water into the area for waste water provided by the campsite. Screw the cap back on and stow away.
- Disconnect the electricity supply – unplug from the campsite socket and roll up the lead. Disconnect from the socket on the campervan by pressing the blue button and pull when released. Ensure the lead it wound up neatly and place back in the campervan.
- Dispose of rubbish bags in the correct area of the campsite – please do not bring us back bags full of rubbish.
- Fill up with fuel before returning the campervan – excess charges apply if the campervan is not returned full.
