Do you supply bedding, towels or toiletries?
Bedding is not supplied, please remember your pillows, bottom sheet(s) and duvets/sleeping bags for each bed. You will also need to bring your own toiletries and towels.
Where can we store our clothes?
Under the back seat in the right hand side cupboard there are two clothes storage cases with sections. These are useful for storing your clothes and save the need to take suitcases which take up precious room. There is also a wardrobe in the back of the campervan. Coat hangers are not provided.
Where do we collect the campervan from?
We will notify you of the pickup location via email and confirm what time you will be collecting the camper. We politely ask you to be on time and let us know you are likely to be late. You will need to provide your driving licence and passport/utility bill at the time of collection. Without these the rental cannot go ahead. We will do a check over the campervan with you and mark any damage etc onto a sheet, we will both have a signed copy of this. We will show you the workings of the campervan and answer any questions you may have. The fuel tank will be provided full and needs to be returned full.
How do we return the campervan?
The day before returning the camper please email us the approx. time you will be back. Return the camper to the agreed location at the agreed time – before 11am. We will check over the campervan using the inventory conducted at the pickup and ensure it has been returned in a reasonable tidy condition.
When will my security deposit be returned?
If all is in order your security deposit will be returned to you within 5 working days. If any extra cleaning, fines or damage needs to be taken from the deposit you will be informed of this and the remainder will be paid back to you as per the terms and conditions of rental agreement.
Can I bring my dog, cat or other pet?
Sorry, but we don’t allow pets of any kind in the campervan.
What is the length of the Vivaro Campervan?
Some campsites may ask the length of the campervan when booking, it is 5.3 metres long
